If you fill in a form on this site we receive your name, your phone number and the service you selected. If you call the shop we take your name, your number, the address where the work is needed and what you told us about the lock. If you email us we keep the message.
Our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser and pages viewed. We use Google Analytics, which collects anonymous usage data.
To quote the job, send a technician to the right address, and follow up about the work. We do not build advertising profiles from it and we do not sell it.

Job records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons. Ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep and we will.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Analytics cookies can be blocked in your browser and the site still works.
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
